Rail-webchamber filler profiles

Rail-webchamber filler profiles (filler blocks) are intended for use on ballasted and ballastless tracks to reduce the dynamic impact of rolling-stock traffic on the surrounding area. The reduction in impacts concerns vibrations (material vibrations) and noise – above all, the so-called secondary noise emitted by vibration-induced structural elements of buildings and civil engineering structures. Filler blocks isolate rail from its surroundings and also act as electrical insulator protecting against the effects of stray currents.
